Vision

To become the most outstanding centre for training pharmaceutical service professionals to deliver quality and excellent pharmaceutical services and lead the healthcare team in realizing the dreams of the profession.

Mission

To train registrable pharmacy support staff according to section 79 of the Health Professions Regulatory Bodies Act 2013, Act 857 Part 4 that mandates Pharmacy Council to secure in the public interest the highest standards in the practice of pharmacy in Ghana. To be committed to providing quality pharmaceutical care services to our communities through training, equipping and building of qualified auxiliary pharmacy personnel (MCAs) with the skills required to provide competent, acceptable and ethical ways of delivering quality pharmaceutical care in pharmacies and OTCMS. To create job opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector through the development of people-centered pharmacy practitioners with employable skills who will meet the ever-changing healthcare in the communities they find themselves. To let the prospective candidates, acquire these skills at their doorsteps in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the lowest cost to them and their families.

School Director

Dr. Divine Azameti, is the CEO of Verdi Pharmacy and a retired Chief Pharmacist from the Ghana Health Service. He practiced for over 30 years in the Ghana Health Service and now over 20 years in Community Practice. He holds Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) and MSc. in Clinical Pharmacy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and is a Fellow of the Ghana College of Pharmacists with specialty in Social and Administrative Pharmacy. He was a trainer/facilitator in the Ghana Health Service till his retirement and facilitated varying topics on health and medicines management. He is a member of the International Federation of Pharmacists (FIP), the largest gathering of Pharmacists in the world.
